Located in the volcanic hills of Monteforte d’Alpone, supported by Verona style pergola vine trellises. In these vineyards we choose the best bunches of grapes.
The grapes are picked by hand in the first ten days of September before being carefully selected. They are then put into boxes to rest and dry until January. After the pressing and a short maceration the must ferments in steel containers for nine months. This refining process is only completed after further maturing in the bottles.
Intense and fine smell, with traits of dried fruits and honey.
Soft, warm, rich, pleasantly almond-flavoured.
14 % vol.
To be served at a temperature of 12/13°C. Ideally this dessert wine goes well with dry pastry. Nonetheless, it is also considered a wine for socialising and makes a perfect drink to share amongst friends.
