Lying in the hills around Brognoligo, in the middle of Soave Classico zone, in the Monte Grande area ,supported by Verona style pergola vine trellises.

Production process
The previously selected grapes are harvested by hand around the middle of October when fully ripe. After carrying out a soft pressing the must has to be cooled and decanted. The fermentation takes place on selected yeasts for a month at a temperature of 10-18 °C. Thirty per cent of the new wine is refined in oak casks, 70% in steel containers where it remains until spring.

Wine qualities


Fine and intense smell with a mixture of fruity and spicey traits.

Harmonic and round, with a good structure and a characteristic almond backtaste.

Alcoholic content
13 % vol.

Serving suggestions
To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C. Ideally it goes well with hors d’hoeuvres, pasta, soups, white meat dishes and cheese.
