For over half a century the winery Le Mandolare has been making wine from the grapes born from the vineyards of Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Fittà and Monteforte, in the cradle of the Soave wine.

The challenge of Renzo, Germana, Chiara and Riccardo year after year, has been that of reconciling innovation and tradition in order to promote the quality that we find in every bottle. That of “Le Mandolare”, which cultivates approximately 20 hectares of vineyards on a land made of lavic basalt and limestone in the region of the Soave Classico, is an important soil.
